On the afternoon of February 6, 2018, the opening ceremony of Anting·Tongji Chuangzhi City·Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Industrial Park was successfully held at No. 6755, Jiasong North Road, Jiading District, Shanghai. This event marked the first hydrogen energy in Shanghai. And the official establishment of the Fuel Cell Industrial Park.

The opening ceremony of Anting·Tongji Chuangzhi City·Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Industrial Park was hosted by the Anting Township Government of Jiading District, Shanghai, and Shanghai International Automobile City (Group) Co., Ltd. The undertaker was Shanghai Fuel Cell Vehicle Power System Co., Ltd. , Shanghai Fuel Cell Vehicle Commercialization Promotion Center. Leaders of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Jiading District Government, Anting Town Government and representatives of well-known enterprises in the industry attended the ceremony to congratulate.

Mr. Gan Pin, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, expressed congratulations on the unveiling ceremony on behalf of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and expressed in a speech that the establishment of Anting·Huantongji Innovation City·Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Industrial Park is a sign of Shanghai’s development. Fuel cell vehicles are well promoted. It is hoped that the park can focus on the shortcomings and needs of Shanghai's fuel cell vehicle industry, play its core role in gathering, serving and improving, and unite with scientific research forces such as Tongji University, and combine the upstream and downstream industries in Jiading and Shanghai. 上海市嘉定区区委常委、副区长沈华棣先生代表嘉定区表达了对产业园建设的强烈支持。沈区长表示，目前，汽车业正朝着智能化、网联化、轻量化和共享化的方向转型升级，我们要以嘉定为核心承载区、长三角为主体，打造世界级汽车产业中心，关注汽车产业由大变强的过程中氢燃料电池汽车的发展。

上海燃料电池汽车商业化促进中心理事长贡俊表示，无论对上海还是对世界，燃料电池汽车的发展都是重中之重。产业园的成立，是上海燃料电池汽车产业发展的重要推动力。

同济大学汽车学院副院长魏学哲教授作为中国最早从事燃料电池汽车研发的学者之一，表示未来将充分利用同济大学的科研优势，以研促产，为产业园的发展、为上海乃至世界燃料电池汽车产业的发展提供坚实的后盾。

之后，上海市科委副主任干频先生、嘉定区副区长沈华棣先生、安亭镇镇长董爱华先生、中国汽车人才研究会执行副理事长兼秘书长朱明荣先生、中国欧洲经济技术合作协会副会长、自主汽车行业分会会长李庆文先生、同济大学汽车学院党委书记陈翌先生、上海市燃料电池汽车商业化促进中心理事长贡俊先生、上海燃料电池汽车动力系统有限公司董事长王亚波先生共同为产业园揭牌，宣告了产业园的正式成立！

■来自政府、企业代表共同启动氢能与燃料电池产业园开园

在此次产业园揭牌仪式上，以上燃动力为首的一批优秀氢能科研机构、相关企业如上海科创中心•智能型新能源汽车功能性平台、同济大学汽车学院学生创新创业基地、安徽明天氢能科技股份有限公司、上海华敬氢能科技有限公司、上海楞次新能源汽车科技有限公司、上海方时新能源汽车租赁有限公司等纷纷入驻园区；同时，园区中流砥柱——上海燃料电池汽车动力系统有限公司与相关的整车、零部件以及运营企业签订了战略合作协议，希望整合产业链上下游资源，共同推动氢燃料电池汽车产业的发展！

此外，为了实现产业园及周边十几万人口的清洁出行，上燃动力选择了大通FCV80作为园区燃料电池通勤车。此次揭牌仪式上，以两辆FCV80为代表，上海市科委副主任干频先生与嘉定区委常委、副区长沈华棣先生分别代表上海市科委和嘉定区联合宣布通勤车正式启动！
