Dec.14, 2021/Shanghai, China/ FTXT Energy announced the completion of its Series-A funding, with a total amount of RMB 900 million and post-investment valuation exceeding RMB 4 billion. The first round of market-oriented equity financing of FTXT Energy was led by "SDIC", one of the largest professional private equity management institutions in China, and participated by a number of well-known investment institutions, breaking records of both scale and valuation of Series-A funding among Chinese hydrogen fuel cell system enterprises and ranking firmly in top tire of the industry.

The funds raised in this round will be mainly used for capacity expansion, next-generation product development, cutting-edge technology research and continuous R&D investment to accelerate the commercialization of hydrogen fuel cells.  At the same time, FTXT Energy has launched its Series-B funding plan, and IPO compliance is also in steady progress.

At present, driven by the global trend of "dual carbon” goals, and wide application scenarios of fuel cell, FTXT Energy has gradually drawn great attention of the capital market worldwide.
